Oregon Woodturning Symposium

Wish I could, legends lineup, y'all should give Odie a 10% discount so he can see what we are talking about in his thread

This is the most impressive lineup I can remember being packed into a four demo room weekend with the possible exception of the 1994 mini-symposium in Annapolis, MD.
Anyone within a 10 hour drive should consider taking advantage if this opportunity.

Well it helps if you go to a lot of regional and national symposium, that way you can see one Turner's rotation in Oregon, and another in Utah that were in time conflict.....Another problem is Turner's have more than one subject for rotations, and they change over time.......One of SB rotations used to be the "volcano", I have not seen it on the schedule of rotations lately......He is still capable of doing it but, chooses other subjects, in the future SB he will probably develop other rotations as he expands his repertoire......If you missed the "volcano".....You missed it, so...But u can recall saying to other members of your club, I saw so and so in 2009 in st Paul, and he was doing demo in vendor area....Eating popcorn , that was lunch
