would, of course, be nice even slices. Hence, as you all work on the TURKEY Platter, remember that the tool of choice in not the skew, but the c-a-r-v-i-n-g knife, even if you did just sharpen it on your Tromek!

happy turkey day. Got a chuckle out of yhis thread.

Dont forget, if you eat too much, you may find that the handle on the plate scraper is now too short 😀
 
What Grind

That would be crook-neck grind with full reverse bevel in order to get that nice clean surface on the bottom of the stuffing bowl. 😀
