This page alone produces 42 hits and will increase as more people post to this thread.

Yes, but unfortunately - GoDaddy, who host the forum, and ATD, who host the main site, do not track/publish a common set of metrics – except hit counts.
 
Can we also assume that the report doesn't filter out seach engine crawling of the site? That usually accounts for a significant number of the hits.

There is software available to track this as well.
It can easily be as much as 25%.

It's a two edge sword, you want the search engines to crawl your site but hate the bandwidth they require. Higher rankings on search engines means the more they crawl a site.
