I am hunting for a woodshaping coarse crosscut bit that I saw demonstrated by Michael Fortune in Columbus at The Woodworking Shows in February. It was at least 1/2 to 3/4 inch long. Can't locate it online. The largest woodcarving supply doesn't carry it. He was demonstrating it on a Mikita 1/4 inch collet die grinder. Does anybody have a clue as to the source for the bit?
The bit is shaped like a rounded christmas tree. It must be crosscut so that u can work with and against the grain to remove wood fast and for shaping.
