With all the talk lately about high spped air drills, anyone have a good suggestion for lubricating oils? The oil that came with my powercrafter and my NSK dental drill needs replacing and given that the oil the manufactures supply is pricey and inconvient to get. Can I use Liquid Wrench spray lubricating oil. It seems to be a similar weight but don't know if it can handle the 400K speeds.

Seriously, I would not arbitrarily use something without knowing something about the required type of lubricant. Liquid Wrench is a penetrating fluid used to help loosen rusted fasteners. There are some VOC's that evaporate after penetrating the rusted fasteners, leaving a much heavier lubricant behind. That does not sound anything like a lubricant for a 400,000 RPM miniature air motor.

The lubricant I am talking about is not liquid wrench. It is a new product from them for lubrication. Tha is why I am asking if anyone knows what it really is.
