I know this is a stretch, but I'm looking for a pen. I'm pretty sure I saw it on a forum, but I'm not quite sure when. It was designed after an American Flag, the lower portion of the pen had the red/white stripes, the upper portion with the clip was blue and may have had inlayed stars. I'm not sure if it was a fountain pen or not as I didn't pay much attention to it back then.
The wood appeared to be natural, but could have been dyed. It certainly didn't look plastic. The colors were not sharp vivid colors, but were duller, and more rustic. If I were to guess, I would guess it was made out of Red Heart, Maple, and Mahoe.
I'm looking to make something similar for a veteran friend of mine who has taken an interest in my work. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
