in the list of demostrators for the symposium, there is a Chris Stott who is listed from Spain

i bought a book on boxes from a Chris Stott who is from England with a 2002 copyright

are they the same person??????????????????

That is interesting to see Chris resurfacing. I think it was in 2005, I hosted him in my garage workshop with about a dozen guild members the day before he did the final workshop at our Golden Horseshoe Guild on an extensive tour of Eastern US and Ontario. He was looking forward to the move to Spain and retirement. Watching Chris do a finial box is amazing. Have the one he did that day proudly displayed in my den. Maybe I will go to St. Paul and get him to sign it. Forgot that day.

and better food

Snork... I have a theory of "National Food". Every country in the world, save two, have a National Food Treasure and a National Food Insult.

Those two countries are England, where there is no National Food Treasure; and the USA, where the same food is both the treasure and the insult. That food is the Hamburger, we all have had one that was so bad, we would die before we ate another and we have all had one that was so good "it was to die for"
