John,
I was watching you you tube video on the Hunter Hercules. When you started the pen it appears you are working above center and possibly working down to the blank. Is this correct or just an illusion from the angle of the video. I hadn't thought of using a Hunter for spindle type work but it sure looked like a great finish was achieved. So is it above, below, or at center for the tool.
