I recently learned that the early McNaughton center core system had an extra hole on the left side of the pins, which was used with a field goal, looking bracket that apparently allowed using the system for hollowing hollow forms.
Has anyone out there had experience with this?

I have the system with that attachment/bracket. Tried it once, and went right back to my standard toolrest to hollow by hand..
