Do any of you have information on Binh Pho's hollowing system that is in his video Thin Wall Turning 2005. It has a locking articulating cutting head that can be locked into position after entering the hollow form. See photos.

Anyone ever make one?
Is someone selling this as a product?

Is that the one designed by Hugh McKay that allows changing the cutter orientation while inside a deep-necked form? He wrote a short article on it for American Woodturner long ago (AW 12:2/20-23) Articulated Hollowing System. If so you would have to search far and wide for one as McKay exited the woodturning world decades ago. What sort of work do you want to do that would require such a tool?

Thank You! I did not know about the article and was a big help. What I have works well and I real do not need another tool. With that said, I am an engineer, and this Articulated Hollowing System appears to be a great system. However, the cost to make is high vs other system. Also, it will not work well with the laser or video system. Again, THANK YOU.
