Hi there Everyone,
I have been looking at doing more carving on my wood turnings. I have also been looking at a Foredom Micro Motor. I just had a chance in the last couple of weeks to use a Foredom 1045 Micro Motor. That model is an old one and Foredom now has a 1050 (brushless motor) and 1070 (motor with brushes). One is expensive and the other is very expensive.

Does anyone out there have either model and can you give me a report on them? I have a Foredom flexable shaft carving tool and I am trying to add another tool that is much easier to use on the fine carving.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Hugh
