First piece sold

Last august I became a member artist at a local juried art gallery. I have had about 5 pieces on display and my first piece sold. I have sold pieces before privately but this is the first thru the gallery. It was a platter http://www.aawforum.org/vbforum/attachment.php?attachmentid=7229&d=1395520131&thumb=1&stc=1made from figured maple the blank was 3x14 and sold for $170.00. I'm pretty excited

Robo I like where you are going. I tried convincing my wife I was now an artist and as one I needed a new Oneway lathe. She didn't go for it

I promised the wife I'd remodel both bathrooms and the kitchen and she let me buy an American Beauty! I'm sure there's some other honey do projects, but I'm not complaining.
