For all those gulf coast woodturners, David Ellsworth will be in New Orleans on May 3&4 2008. If you're interested in attending either day, please e-mail me at info@bayouwoodturners.com and we will keep you on the mailing list. Seats will be limited, available on a first come, basis.

We're firming up the auditorium this week and will base the pricing on the location. It will be reasonable, especially for David Ellsworth. We're also lining up hotels in the area for those who have to travel to enjoy the seminar. We will be inviting turners within 600 miles of New Orleans via mail in the fall. It's still first-come first-serve and we'll soon have a link to a site where you can buy tickets online with plastic.

Craneman, we are firming up an auditorium at this time, lining up a list of hotels with maps to the site and setting up a link on our website for interested turners to purchase tickets online for the seminars. Our goal is to have this ready by labor day. Thanks for asking.

Tickets available

Tickets are now available. Go to www.bayouwoodturners.com and look for the link to our on-line sales. You can purchase tickets via the web. We're setting up hotel deals at this time. It's $50 for members and $60 for guests. This is for both days of the program and includes your on-site lunch. The location is in Metairie, LA, just off Airline Drive. 10 minutes to downtown New Orleans and 10 minutes to central Metairie. Thanks for the inquiry.

Yes you can pay with Pay Pal, or any other credit card. We went 21st century on this one. BTW, the Bayou Woodturners are now accepting membership renewals via the web with credit cards. Just another effort to make membership easier - to hide from the wife.
