I have made several pieces with the 1/8" Dway beading tool and the matching PJL 1/8" wood burning pen
Wanting to go with the smaller 3/32nd beading tool from Dway on some smaller pieces, anyone make a burning pen tip to match the 3/32 tool?

Hi Mike- I know nothing of that burning pen, but are the tips replaceable? If so, could 1/32" be quickly filed off its sides by hand? Just a thought...

Mike, I also have been unsuccessful in finding a burning tip smaller than 1/8”. I agree with Jim that Pat might be willing to make you one. I am going to attempt to make my own flattening some nichrome wire and filing or using my dremel with a small bit to match my 3/32 beading tool from D-way.

I thought about trying to make one, but I never have, I did send Pat an e-mail today to see if he would make one

Mike, you should try calling Pat at PJL and talking to him, maybe giving him a little arm twist. He doesn't list 3/32 pens on his site but I know Harvey Meyer is making baskets with 3/32 beads and I'll bet Pat is custom making pens for him. It might cost you a few extra bucks but he'd be your best bet.

I talked to Pat at PJL and he is making a 3/32nd pen, said he needs to update his website.
So if anyone is wanting one, might want to call Pat at 1-320-594-2811 (no calls after 6PM CST please).
