From our Judge - Bob Rosand ...
Well, the results are in. (With a little help from my wife.) Actually, I don't think that there was a clock that I didn't like. Of course some I appreciated more than others, but they were all interesting in their own way. For me, it's always fun to throw an idea out there and see where others take it. ALL the participants did a great job.Getting closer.

1st) Bernie Hrytzak PHOTO1 PHOTO2 The thumbnail of Bernies clock did not do it justice, but when I looked at a larger image, I thought it was a great clock. I particularly liked the bottom half of the clock. Well done.
2nd)Ed McDonnell PHOTO1 PHOTO2 This was my second choice and could very well have been first. Just looking at it and Ed's comments about the bailing wire brought a smile to my face. I like it. (lose the bailing wire!)
3rd)Robert Davis PHOTO1 PHOTO2 This was my third choice. I particularly like the way the clock face was offset and I like the inlaid wood. It almost looked like the clock works could roll around the face of the clock.
AnnHerbst PHOTO1 PHOTO2 Nicely done, Great use of the guitar scraps.
Leo Frilot PHOTO1 PHOTO2 The use of red Mallee is great. Very dramatic. I like the idea of the reversible clock.
Dreher PHOTO1 PHOTO2 I like this one. simple unique. I thought about doing one of these, but I was to lazy to do the work.
David Wilkins PHOTO1 PHOTO2 Another nice clock. I like the contrast of the woods as well as the off center turning.
John Lucas PHOTO1 John always does nice work. Nice combination of woods. The pendulum was a nice touch as were the words burned in the piece.
Bill Tilson PHOTO1 Simple, clean. Another one that looked much better when I looked at the larger image.
rmuniak PHOTO1 PHOTO2 Nice little clock. I particularly like the foot on the piece
