I have a problem with some of the AAW Merchandise offered for sale...
I would love to get a turning smock... but unfortunately I have a bit more of a "turner's muscle" (as Bill Grumbine would put it), than most people and will not fit a xxl smock even if it is cut large... same with Tshirts...
I would venture to say that there are quite a few larger than average turners out there... and we are getting the short end of the deal so to speak.. how can I find a larger than average smock... SWMBO is getting really annoyed with me wearing my everyday denim shirts in the shop and getting shavings over everything... LOL

Tom,

The question is, have you tried on the XXL smock from AAW? I bought one in Orlando last summer. For T-shirts I usually get an XL just because I like them a little loose. I could fit 2 of me in the XL AAW smock. I ended up with a medium & it's still a little flappy.

I agree

The last time I had something on that said XL on it I was in 6th grade. I, too, doubt (unless its size is mislabelled) that an XL will fit no matter how big it is cut. I think you are right oldgriz.

.... do you think the smock will be a comfortable fit....
Two choices, buy one and try it on and return it if it doesn't fit, or you just may have an excuse to come to the Symposium in KC next year, so you can try one on.
