The article by Kurt Hertzog, in the recent AAW Woodturning Fundamentals online magazine, gives some much needed early advice to new turners. I wish I personally had the foresight to approach turning in that manner.

If you or others have suggestions about topics that might be helpful to discuss for new or intermediate level woodturners, please let us know by sending your questions or suggestions to Linda Ferber at linda@woodturner.org
Our intention is to provide help and support for those learning basic turning techniques, as well as those making the progression in their experience level from beginner to intermediate.
