Well that sentence knocked me out - hope it does not limit our choices too much!! :rolleyes: :D

Seriously, this will be a hard search. One of my cattle associations is hunting an Exec. VP now and it is not easy to find someone really capable of handling these type of associations. Best of luck to our search committe and I would encourage them not to get in a hurry to make a selection!
