I am now convinced that the information about the graphic removed from the Journal was as Jean LeGwin stated, a non-issue and leaked by an unnamed person(s) <so far> for reasons that are nefarious.

I am curious however about the Alan Lacer issue. Is the controversy over him running for the Board a current or past issue? If it is a current issue, who else is on the slate? Has this slate even been announced yet? If it has not, how was this information leaked and why?

I really think the answer is very important.

Barbara, I still wonder if the logo question was actually answerd. Why did it take over two days for someone from the board to answer? Why didn't the editor answer the question? After all, she knew about it way before the answer came out by a board member.

Maybe because, it was a weekend, and she was not at work? So the Board couldn't talk to her about it!

One of the real problems the "net" , e-mail, cell-phones, etc, is the idea of an instant response is required.

When it isn't (always) required, nor is (usually) needed.

And I believe the logo wasn't on the spring issue either so how is the removal even current news? How many people even noticed it?

Hi Barbra go check out the presidents letter he did address that issue and it is current. Sean if you go back to the original post Betty did respond.
