    Psalm 18:2

    Crotch white oak, about 18" in dia. The idea was to get the crotch area to be like the Milky Way across the sky. Psalm 18:2 is my life verse, my life was a train wreck until I found God, He was my fortress to protect me until my life stabilized.

    Yin and yang

    White Oak from the center of a bifurcation. Looking to capture differences and transitions between growth rings and crotch figure. I think I like these and will turn more from the same log soon. 9 x 6" finished with linseed oil and bees wax.
