    Ash platter

    Platter with bark embellishments on the rim. Ash over 12" diameter, which is a change for me. The bark embellishments are a combination of carving and paint, going for textures.

    Birch platter

    Birch platter, 14" work acrylic paint. This is painted with golden paints and textured to resemble bark. A base layer of browns and black, cream, white with salt added. After paint was dry and loose salt brushed off it was dry brushed with brown. Black, gold and green.
