When roughout developed a serious crack over time, I used thin CA on the rest of the stabilized crack with the intent of seeing how thin a bowl I could turn. Band and small foot are woodburned. Bush Oil buffed before and after the finish - with no wax. 6 1/2"w x 4"h.

10x3 curly maple with a burned rim. This bowl had a "beal buffing incident" which resulted in a crack. It is best to hold onto the bowls more firmly.
