    This box is figured maple with an amboyna burl inlay. It is approx. 3 inches tall and 2 inches in diameter. I had this little piece of the burl on the shelf and decided it would look best as an inlay on a box. It turned out really nice!

    The Ebony Pedestal and Finial are fashioned after Robin Costelle's work. This piece measures 2-1/2" dia. x 11-3/4" tall. Finished with antique oil and buffed. The lid does have a slight dome to it.
