Wu - nothingness

Here is an example of how the cracks you often get from eucalyptus can be incorporated into the design. In addition to the big crack running up from the bottom, there were some cracks along the top. Same character/word - wu -but one of the nice things about calligraphy is there are more or less infinite ways to write the same character. That is useful when you need to work around cracks, knotholes etc. or just want to align the character with the wood grain patterns.
