can i be cheeky and ask did you do the routing on or off the lathe?

just thought about it a bit more - correct me if i'm wrong, its taken off the lathe and the central hole use as a hinge point for the router jig.
The more I look the more I like it! the black and white really adds to the use of voids, and the light background of the photo makes you look even more!
very well done!

Separately, I like the spirl pattern and the black and white airbrush paint pattern, but unfortunately together it doesn't work -- way too busy.
