Waves of Time...

The Verdi-Gris Metallic Patina was done with Modern Masters Decorative paints. When applying a faux metal finish ALWAYS prime the piece with flat black. This will give the metal a brilliance and also prevent you from having to apply MANY layers of the more expensive metal paint. The black primer also helps achieve a brilliance and depth in any metallic paint finishes.
