Twisted Gold Bowls, Unstacked

Here's a view of the twisted bowls unstacked. The interiors of the 3 1/2 inch diameter bowls were finished with gold paint highlighted by a black rim. It was a lot of fun thinking through the design and fabrication process for parting, stacking and twisting the bowls while maintaining grain alignment.
