This was my Holiday Swap piece on Segmented Woodturners that I sent to Robin Costelle. About 4.25" wide by 4.5" tall. The lid is threaded. Woods used are Angico (red in the swirl), Aspen, Ipe and unknown (possibly old purple heart - top). 770 pieces. Finish is buffed out walnut oil. I was worried how threading would go on the 48 segments. Actually it went great. The only problem was a catch during buffing that chipped a small place in the beginning thin threads.
