8 1/4" X 4 1/2" Koa bowl. This piece had a very large bark inclusion that did not want to stay in. I did not want to loose the small piece of curly Koa in the center so I decided to and stitches made of Jacaranda to hold it all together. It is finished with lacquer and wax. The center piece still has a connection to the main bowl that is less than 1/16" thigh.
