River mirror

This piece is my entry into the Currents exhibit at the AAW symposium. It is called "The river took my memories" . It is about the floods in Nasvhille and also the river of life. The photo and artifacts signify the precious items washed away in the flood. The mirror represents losing my wife 2 years ago.
It is made of Cherry,Mahagony, found objects, creek stones, and Casting Resin.
John, I saw this the other day, and didn't comment at that time because this is obviously a very personal effort on your part. It does match the theme nicely, and it shows a certain sadness on your part........

It is a very creative effort, for sure.....
