Rhombicosidododecahedrons

Below are three objects I made this past weekend. The objects are "Archimedean Rhombicosidododecahedrons". I have named them Larry, Curlly and Moe. Each consists of 12 Pentagons, 21 Triangles and 30 Squares. They are approximatle 1 foot in diameter and have a wall thickness of approx 5/8". The one on the left is made of Poplar, the middle one is made of Cherry, interleaved with Poplar. The one on the right is made of Poplar and Maghony. To make this work the joints have to be mitered to within 2' minutes of arch or 1/30 of a degree which equates of about 0.033 degrees. The Pentagons are mitered at 15.8597 degrees, the squares on one side are 15.8597 and 10.4526 on the other. The triangles on all three sides are mitered at 10.4526 degrees. All edges are 3" in length.
