Purple daze

Base turned from green Florida mahogany, finial is butternut. 7 inches across,10 1/2 inches tall. Chestnut spirit stains topped with spray can lacquer. Still new to the turning world ( 1 1/2 years in ) and grateful for the knowledge shared here by so many talented folks.
