Not sure what to call it

13" tall x 10" diameter walnut and maple segmented form. The walnut segmented rings are all 16 segments with the maple pre-glued to each walnut segment before the ring is glued together. The maple divider rings are glued up in about 3/4" thick rings then cut in half and surfaced in a drum sander down to about 1/4" thick.
I welcome non sugar coated comments on the form or segment design and any suggestions as to what to call it.
Looks great Don! Alignment looks excellent, form has a nice slight
curve, your vertical segments and horizontal rings look similar in size thus blend nicely! Your wood contrast will always look good as colors fade, l think you’ve hit a home run!!
