Maple Burl Vessel

Can't complain about the wood on this one! This is from the same burl that I have posted similar pieces recently. 4.75" diameter by 9.75" tall, finished with Osmo Polyx
Wow, the strong figure running oblique to the vessel is a truly spectacular look, nicely complemented by the vessel's lines. It evokes a braided structure, yet without any illusion work. I love it!
