Maple “Biscuit” Platter

Maple “Biscuit” Platter

Quarter sawn Maple platter, 13-3/8 x 1-1/8 with walnut oil finish. My wife was teaching someone how to make biscuits and ran me out of the house so there would be no interruptions. I went to the shop to retrieve a couple of bowls and decided to do the second turning of one of my platter blanks. I was allowed back in when I showed them the “Biscuit” platter😁
