Imperial Presence

Firstly, sorry about the photo,

After I took the photos I am about to post, I found out that when I got home my kids had been playing with my camera and the settings were hay wire.
Ok
Sorry this is a bit of a gloat but feel if I cannot share with my friends on wow ill burst
After holding an open day at home last weekend, sending invites as one does to my client list. I sold another piece to a lady that seems to like what I do.
This time she purchased the hand shown in my gallery when I first joined wow
Because of its size I offered to deliver it.
I ended up spending the afternoon with my friend who had to give me a tour of their new home.
To my surprise and a little embarrassed I counted 18 pieces of my work featured around the house. Not all brought directly from me, I always wonder when a piece is sold in a gallery who the owner maybe
The piece in this picture sits proudly in their lounge.
I came away feeling very honoured indeed as not many other pieces of artwork were to be seen except some of the largest persian rugs I have set eyes on .
Her parting words were see you soon .I want to eventually have a piece in each room. (I wont say how many rooms are in the house, but I better get making if I am to fill them all.)
I always get heaps from my woody mates because I paint or colour my work black.
Interesting that not one of the pieces in their collection did not have black on .Figure that one
I noticed that they didnt have a fruit bowl in the kitchen so I promptly went home and placed one on the Courier as a gift .I find it amazing that someone delights in my work and gets as much pleasure out of my work as I do
One think I am trying to find out is who makes the furniture that my work sits on ,they are ordered and made especially to display my work
Comments welcome
very nice, can you tell us what type of wood this is and any other details
