Gluing on Vicmarc 300

I use the funnels on the Oneway Revolving Centers. On large segmented glueup it's the Curt Theobald centering funnel.
Want to trade lathes?
I have a Jet 1236 with a non-functioning tailstock and a busted Reeves drive.
It goes two speeds: one's a whiny squeal the other's too fast for bowls.

I like you have a VL 300 but I would not use it as a clamp for glue ups. Unnecessary pressure on the bearings will only cause them to fail faster. Consider a segmented screw press. Check out this web site for some great ideas. http://www.turnedwood.com/index.shtml
