Finally!

1 1/2 years after multiple hand surgeries, rehab and so on, I finally did something on the lathe that I'm not embarrassed (too much, anyway) to show. :-D

Spalted beech with walnut lid. The finial is just a piece of poplar dowel. Finish is just sanding with some EEE. It's about 3" diameter and 8" high.
