This little box, turned from Figured Olivewood (Olea europaea) is packed with a nice color, grain swirl, and figure. I am calling this one a pill box instead of a capsule box due to it's shorter proportions and more tightly curved sides. Turned, hollowed, and finished with gloss lacquer. Size is 2" tall x 1 3/4" diameter. This is the last section of this piece of wood, I sourced it directly from Germany, and it took three weeks to come. It was worth is though, as I have not seen many burl/figured Olivewood pieces before!
