Emerging bowl & lid

This is a small piece of Ancient Kauri presented as an emerging bowl with a recessed lid. Bothe hollowed out.
There are two piece to the set,the bowl is a multi axis turn, the lift on the lid is part of the turn (not added)
Size is 100 x 90 x 60
A piece of Ancient Kauri with an Emerging bowl, the back has been turned away & lightly pyroed. This is one piece i.e the bowl is part of the block (multi axis turn)
The lid & lift have been turned as one & has a recessed lip to fit the bowl,
Size id 100 x 90 x 65
 
very cool Peter. I sat down once & figured out the chucking and order of chucking and by the time I was done I was too tired to make the piece!! :) good job!
