you are asking for comments, so i'm going to give you one, mainly because i like doing spirals too. i really like the wood and i like the way the lines between the spirals are sharp clean and deep which i think sets them off well. i think you need to rethink the top. too big and too wide. for me it just doesn't fit the otherwise really nice piece.
