Woodscraper, it sure is frustrating to see that there is no enlargement available for this photo and your other postings. We need to be able to see larger pics of something with this amount of detail. Could you repost? The file size limit is 100kb (yours is only 17.2) As for photo size, 800 pixels for the largest dimension is the minimum that I would use. Can't comment if we can't see!
Sorry for the quality. The high res pics will not up load like my web site www.woodturningbyjohn.com. I tried to repost without luck, mayby I should seek advise of how to resize the photos. Thanks for the comment and feedback. Turn For Fun, john
Just went to your site...stunning work John. Still a little frustrating not to be able to see enlargements of some pieces, particularly on the featured artwork page. Hope maybe I can see it in person someday!
Thanks Carole, I am in the process of having my web site re-done and should launch soon. Are you going to the symposium? I am president of the Charlotte Woodturners Club and will be there with a couple of pieces plus a collaborative challenge piece. Your work looks awsome and would love to see it as well. Thanks, take care, and don't eat the dust.
Thanks, John. Don't think I will make the Symposium...too far to travel. The only thing I am scheduled for this year is OVWG and I am looking forward to that. I am sure our paths will cross eventually!
