This walnut hollow form with ebony finial was turned for the gift exchange at our club's Christmas party. The size is 3.5"Dx4"H and 6.5" overall height. Comments are always welcome.
Michael,
This photography business is about to get the best of me. My gradient background is grey, but comes out green! I shot 10 different photos, but most were out of focus. I can definitely turn better than I can photo, but nobody will ever know because I have no proof. All suggestions are welcome!
Clemens, thanks for your vote of confidence. I hope so too!
Kurt It was good talking to you today. Most of the problems with the photo is that it is simply too dark. If you e-mail me with some details of how you are shooting it and what camera you are using I will try to help out. It looks like you are using a fairly light background. when this happens it fools the light meter in the camera and you get an underexposed image. If your camera has exposure compensation set it to +1 or +1.5 and you should get a much better image.
