Rhonda and Fisherman are my daughter's dog and cat. Their photos were used to create line sketches which were then turned into a sculpture using Jerry Bennett's construction methods. Turned spindles were cut into segments and glued over a wire mandrel. Thanks Jerry and Russ Braun for a few tips along the way!
This stands 64cm tall (25"). Maple and walnut, the base is cherry. Airbrushed with stains before finishing with satin lacquer. There is a follow along project in the SWT forum. All C&C welcome!
