Red cedar, 8-3/4” x 4-3/8”. Instead of using pyro and Indian ink on the rim I decided to add a bead and undercut the rim. I think I made the right choice😁
Yeah....I thought the same thing when I saw that rim......really nice. Some really great things "just happen" spontaneously when turning. Many times it's the wood that makes you adjust your original thought.....natural flaws, cracks, and whatnot, but sometimes you just get that little bit of inspiration on the spot!
