#4 flower wall hanging

This #4 of my sunflower so far each one in different! I have developed different methods of making the pedals of the flower. I really like this design a lot.
Materials used Cherry plate with a black walnut and yellow heart rim.
Center of flower is walnut drilled and filled with black ca glue,
Pedals and yellow heart cut on table saw and shaped with a bandsaw and detailed the shape on and belt sander and used dremal with a small drum sander to add details.
Finished with clear lacquer.

Nicely done Robert!! I suggest you take look at Jerry Bennett’s shop tour on YouTube. Somewhere in the tour, he gives the world what he calls “The Finger”, haha! If you are cutting your leaves on a bandsaw, this jig might open some possibilities for you!!
