Cherry might be my favorite wood. The color and grain are always super rich, it’s a pleasure to turn, and it smells fantastic! Going to take a little break from voids, but the next one will be the focus of a project thread. Hoping to have it ready late-August.
I love cherry too. I'm guessing you spent way more time sanding the inside than the outside. It's tough to get in there. Well done.

Thanks, Don! The inside for sure takes longer to sand, but I’ve figured out a couple of “tricks” that speed things up a bit.
