I'll put that on my to do list...thanks. Having a lased geometric design in the wood, to act as a drill-guide, is very helpful. In this case the counterboring brad tipped drill bit is 1/8" and the stones are Austrian Swarovski Elements, size "12SS"...a perfect fit:
