Heart bowl salad set.

My daughter had to take down a large Ash tree in her yard due to emerald ash borers. She was pretty upset at the time.

It came down in April, and started developing cracks immediately. I highlighted the cracks with copper colored epoxy. I also had a problem that some of the blanks I cut were too short, so I put a thin epoxy bottom on each bowl, some thicker than others.

Lovely set, Mike. Lovely shapes, the satilites go so well with the mother bowl, and that Ash grain and figuring ‘pop’.
Unfortunate about the cracks, although you recovered well.
