"Teafertu"
A footed teapot turned thin from a single piece of maple, carved, pierced, pyro-textured and colored with airbrushed interference paint. The lid, two cups and saucers all made in the same manner. The teapot measures 4-1/2" x 7" x 4".
Thank you for looking!
What is interference paint Pat?
It's a formulation using microscopic flecks of mica that shows it's color only against a dark surface. All of the Golden brand colors that I've used is whitish in color in the bottle. I mix it with airbrush medium in order to spray it on. Works well dry brushed also..
